Our Story
Books Without Borders began not in a boardroom, but from a heartfelt observation. During a trip to India, our founder witnessed firsthand the harsh reality for countless children: bright minds kept out of school by poverty and underresourced schools being unable to provide a quality education. This severe disparity sparked a simple but powerful idea: what if we could connect the surplus of educational resources in some communities with the profound need in others? From that initial spark, Books Without Borders was born, a youth-led movement to break educational barriers one book at a time.
